The Communication and Engagement Strategy 2024–2028, including our Community Participation Plan, provides a roadmap for our communications and engagement activities over the next four years, and supports our commitment to honest, transparent and active relationships between Council and the community.
The Strategy was developed through an extensive engagement process throughout 2024. This process focused on listening to our community, whose input helped us determine our future communication and engagement priorities based on how you told us you wanted to connect.
