Delivery Program and Operational Plan adopted

Council has adopted the Delivery Program 2025–2029 and Operational Plan 2025–26.

All plans are now available in the document library.

These plans outline the actions, services, and projects we’ll deliver to support our shared vision of a connected city with thriving communities.

In 2025–26, we’ll provide 34 key services and invest $231 million into our city, including $67 million in capital works to support essential infrastructure and a growing population.

Thank you to everyone who reviewed the plans and shared their feedback — your input has helped shape the final versions.

Together, we’re planning for a strong, sustainable future for Maitland.
