This form allows you to:

• Share general feedback, ask questions, make suggestions, or raise concerns.
• Shout out a team or individual for their great work or recent success.
• Suggest topics for other Smith Sessions not tied to Council meetings, including whether you’d like to present or be involved.

Our General Manager, Jeff Smith, will respond to as many submissions as possible during The Smith Sessions, held on Wednesday mornings, or through other appropriate channels.

You can remain anonymous if you prefer, or request a direct response instead of having your submission addressed in a session.
